INGREDIENTS FOR TWO SERVINGS
· 1 Medium apple
· 1 Medium beetroot, rinsed
· 1 Carrot, rinsed
· 1 fresh ginger about 15 grams

1 Medium lemon
INSTRUCTION
1- Chop the apple,
beetroot, carrot and ginger into pieces small enough to easily go through the centrifuge.
2- Turn the centrifuge
on. Pass all the ingredients through the centrifuge one by one.
3- For the
lemon, cut to pieces and pass through the centrifuge or squeeze the lemon
separately to get its juice.
4- Then, you
can add a teaspoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon if desired.
